Crafting Words That Inspire

Michael P. Halloran is a mechanical engineer by day, amateur novelist by night, devout Catholic and family man at all times. The inspiration for The Black Knight was his desire to write a children’s book for his oldest daughter when he found out his wife was pregnant. While he may have failed spectacularly at writing a children’s book, he still hopes she will enjoy the adult book he ended up with when she’s old enough. When he’s not writing, Michael enjoys board games, reading, and whatever random adventure his wife has foisted upon him this month (currently raising chickens). He is a humble subject of the King of Blendon, in whose realm he dwells with his wife and three daughters.
